Application

Polytetrafluoroethylene hydrogen chloride sampling filter holder

The filter holder is generally used for environmental detection of hydrogen chloride in hJ549-2016 standard, and is used for sampling. When sampling, the filter membrane is clamped in the filter membrane holder, which is connected in series with two impact absorption bottles and connected with the air sampler. Ambient air distribution and sampling shall comply with HJ664 and HJ/T194. During sampling, the filter membrane is clambed into the filter membrane holder, and then two 25mL impact absorption bottles, each filled with 10ml water as the absorption liquid, are connected with the air sampler in series. The sampling flow rate is 0.5L/min to 1.0L/min, and the sampling flow deviation should be less than or equal to 5%. It also conforms to the schematic diagram of HJ688-2019 fixed source waste gas hydrogen fluoride sampling device.
